When you arrive at our dealership, please ensure you sanitise your hands upon arrival and follow social distancing guidelines. There are clearly marked signs and floor markings to help guide you. We will extend a warm welcome – but not our hand! Instead you will be greeted by a wave and a smile.
Whilst appointments are not mandatory for sales visits, we kindly request you book in advance if possible, to avoid disappointment. This will help us manage the number of people in our showrooms at any one time. We understand many customers may still be hesitant to visit the dealership, and as such, we are able to offer home test drives, home delivery services and contactless payment – all maintaining social distancing.
In our aftersales departments, we request you book advance or call ahead unless in emergency circumstances. We are running a limited collection and delivery services, and these appointments are currently prioritised for shielding and vulnerable customers. Please enquire when you book about availability.
We have reduced our while-you-wait service capacity, and unfortunately are no longer offering reading material or hot refreshments. However, bottled water is available upon request and our free wifi is available to all customers.
Whilst working on your car, our technicians and valetors will wear disposable gloves and masks and following its service it will be disinfected with a hospital grade ozone sanitation device, free of charge. Loan vehicles and sales demonstrators will remain locked and will be disinfected between customer use.
