Purchased our first ever car Mazda CX-3 in this branch. Shoutout to Humair and Simon! Simon particularly was very helpful in tailoring our needs. We weren’t sure where to start and he guided us to the right direction. First time we saw the car he offered, we loved it straight away! What I love about them here as well is how they are confident with their car that you are allowed to test drive it without getting pressured of another staff sitting with you. They left us independently to get to know the car more and see how we feel. Process of getting the car from start to finish was smooth and efficient! They made sure car is checked thoroughly and that 12month warranty is such a good offer! Bonus points on how easily we could contact them for queries and problems especially to Simon even if we had the car for 2months now. Just rang because my vehicle has come up with I-stop and abs errors and rather than giving me an appt sooner rather than later to get it diagnosed and fixed they leave me with no choice but to wait over a week for an appt. Safety doesn’t seem to be a priority or a concern for this company and leaving a person without a vehicle for over a week is ok.

Thank you to Stuart for all your amazing customer service and support throughout. Today I picked up my brand new Mazda2 hybrid and was grateful for the easy process throughout. Stuart was our sales advisor and was very friendly and helped us get the best deal and options on the car which was much appreciated. He made trade in of my old car very simple and the whole team were very polite. The dealership staff as a whole were not pushy at all and were informative and helpful from start to end. Hand over today was simple and straightforward and made easier by the team being very attentive. Thank you Stuart for coming in on your day off for this - I apologise for not doing my insurance in advance, lessons learnt.
