T W White & Sons Mazda in Kent is located in Orpington on Leeson Hill, just off Sevenoaks Road.

Travelling southbound on the M25, exit at J3 onto the westbound A20 and stay on until the roundabout (Sevenoaks Way). Take the 1st exit, continue for 1 mile and at the traffic lights by turn right into Leeson Hill on the right after.

From M25 northbound, exit West at J4 and remain westbound for half a mile. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout and stay on Orpington By-Pass leading to Cray Ave. Continue under the rail bridge and take the 3rd left onto Leeson Hill. We are on the left hand side 0.2 miles up the road.

On arrival please drive up the right side of the building where there is a customer carpark behind the showroom.

Very straightforward experience. Salesperson was pleasant and not pushy. Suggested a different car to the one we had gone to see after we found it a bit small and he let the car (Mazda CX-5) sell itself whilst pointing out some features. When there was a satnav card missing from the vehicle we bought he kept us informed about the arrival of the missing item. Currently very pleased with our car and the service received.

Very easy to book in , staff helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. They even explained exact costs and what to expect. However it is disappointing to receive a bill for nearly £500.00 after one year of ownership and travelling 5000 miles. The car was bought used but it might be good for PR if customers were informed that the first service would be no more than £250.00 and if there were additional costs then the garage pays. I do realise that costs depend upon what service is due but it maybe something the sales department can take on board.

Shortly after booking in my Mazda 3 for it's annual service and MOT I found l was temporarily unable to drive. T W White and Son's quickly offered to collect the car from my home. It also needed a new shock absorber which they fitted efficiently and quickly, then returned the car to my home. Well done and thank you. G L Stocks
