- Purchased our first ever car Mazda CX-3 in this branch. Shoutout to Humair and Simon! Simon particularly was very helpful in tailoring our needs. We weren’t sure where to start and he guided us to the right direction. First time we saw the car he offered, we loved it straight away! What I love about them here as well is how they are confident with their car that you are allowed to test drive it without getting pressured of another staff sitting with you. They left us independently to get to know the car more and see how we feel. Process of getting the car from start to finish was smooth and efficient! They made sure car is checked thoroughly and that 12month warranty is such a good offer! Bonus points on how easily we could contact them for queries and problems especially to Simon even if we had the car for 2months now. - Booked my car into TW White & Sons via Mazda Recovery following a failure in the stop-start unit. It was fixed, washed and ready to collect within 4 days which was excellent service. The friendly and professional team got me back on the road in good time. The only downside is proximity to transport options - it’s 30 mins walk to Bookham station and there are very few buses each day. Some kind of shuttle to the station would be a nice addition. - Just rang because my vehicle has come up with I-stop and abs errors and rather than giving me an appt sooner rather than later to get it diagnosed and fixed they leave me with no choice but to wait over a week for an appt. Safety doesn’t seem to be a priority or a concern for this company and leaving a person without a vehicle for over a week is ok.S A.30/03/2026

Suzuki servicing is available just down the road from our Effingham Sales Showroom at our Bookham Dealership. The workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment and our Suzuki qualified technicians are trained to the highest level ensuring that we can pinpoint any potential issues with your model quickly and efficiently. We only use genuine Suzuki parts, so you know your vehicle will get the best care and attention.
You can use our handy online form to book your service or MOT. Please enter your registration number, mileage and your preferred service date and a member of our team will be in touch. We offer manufacturer scheduled services, or can offer reduced mileage services for those customers who use their car a limited amount. MOTs are carried out by Licensed MOT testers who are trained to perform the test, verifying the vehicle meets all of the MOT regulation. On passing, they will issue your car a valid MOT certificate with accompanying documents if any repairs and replacements have been made.
