I had the absolute pleasure of buying a car here and I must mention one person who worked tirelessly to make this happen. Mr Harvey Kronenberg. This guy is an absolute legend. Right from the word go, he meant business and displayed such clarity in every aspect, starting from the specs of the car, to the finance, to everything. He is not your typical salesperson who would nod to everything that the customer says and dance to their tunes. He gives objective advice and takes the customer's sentiment into account while doing so. He came with us on our test drive and it became evident that he is an expert at what he does. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable working with him and felt reassured thanks to the profesisonalism, understanding and depth of knowledge that Harvey displayed. This was our first car so I could not have asked for a better experience.I think we need more salespeople like Harvey. Simply because this style of working is something that a lot of customers could really benefit from and makes buying car such an effortless task. Simple administration, cars available for test drives in excellent condition, full service records available before purchase, can have a test drive on your own, very efficient to add on a reverse camera for my case and finally, my newly purchased used car was available for pick up in a few days, in excellent condition.
