I recently had my Kia serviced and MOT done here and had a very good experience from start to finish.I had purchased a Kia service plan online and booked this garage for the service, so I only needed to pay for the MOT. The whole process was very smooth. Booking the appointment was easy, and they collected my car from my home and returned it later the same day, which was very convenient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the customer service was excellent.I particularly wanted to leave a review about the servicing experience, as I noticed that many dealerships tend to have lots of positive reviews from people buying cars, but the reviews about their after-sales and servicing departments can be quite mixed. I had actually considered another Kia garage closer to my home, but my experience just trying to arrange the booking there wasn’t very good, so I decided to come here instead.I’m glad I did. Everything was straightforward and well organised, and I would happily bring my car back here for future servicing and MOTs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia service centre, not just somewhere to buy a car.

Five‑star service.I called to arrange a test drive and spoke with Christian, who was excellent from the outset—helpful, clear, and quick to organise a test drive that same afternoon. He let me know he had another appointment at my arrival time and arranged for his colleague Rob to assist instead.When I arrived, the vehicle was ready outside, and Rob took the time to walk me through the controls and suggest a suitable route. I didn’t have time to try the manual version that day, but he arranged a follow‑up test drive without any fuss.The service throughout was professional, friendly, and refreshingly pressure‑free—exactly what I value in a dealership.Although I ultimately couldn’t purchase from TW White due to timing and vehicle availability, I will be using them for servicing. I recommend them without hesitation; they are a breath of fresh air in the car‑buying world.

Ok the cx 60 mazda has issues. But the difference is the delership response to your issue, My cx 60 had an adblue dosing issue warning come up friday at 5.50 pm. i rang TW White and sons Bookham and left a message. 8.15 saturday morning iwas contacted and sales manager checked in with service department and called me again. arrangments made. by 10.00 i had dropped my car off and was in a loan car on my way home. ( live 50mins from this dealer ). I expected a long wait to get my car back. But tuesday i got a call to say car is ready to be collected. drove in wenesday and car fixed and valated as well. I spoke to the sales manager re the good service i had recieved.

My wife and I recently purchased a Mazda cx5 from T W White & Sons.We initially made an appointment to see Mark who was very welcoming and professional. He was a pleasure to meet as was Christian who we saw when we came to collect the car.He showed us everything we needed to know and was very helpful.Would definitely recommend purchasing from them. Excellent,well deserving of five stars .

Booked my car into TW White & Sons via Mazda Recovery following a failure in the stop-start unit. It was fixed, washed and ready to collect within 4 days which was excellent service. The friendly and professional team got me back on the road in good time. The only downside is proximity to transport options - it’s 30 mins walk to Bookham station and there are very few buses each day. Some kind of shuttle to the station would be a nice addition. Other than that, brilliant and recommended.

Best place to get a Suzuki serviced. They're replaced the wipers free of charge after it failed an mot on them, and a complimentary clean and vac. It's the little things!
