We were specifically looking for a Suzuki Vitara that we had seen on Autotrader. We made an enquiry and the vehicle was brought to site ready to view at a time convenient. On arrival at the dealership, we were met warmly by Aaron who was able to direct us to the vehicle and accommodate a test drive. Both Aaron and Dan were very helpful throughout the sales procedure, having all of the answers when we had questions. When it came to picking up the vehicle, it was spotless as expected and we were very happy when driving away. Thank you Aaron and Dan for looking after us and restoring our faith in car salesmen.

Very good attention and excellent presentation of the vehicle. Got the paperwork done with the minimal of fuss although there was a delay in your informing the DVLA of purchasing our vehicle leading us losing some of the road fund tax refund.

Aaron and Daniel in the showroom were helpful and polite on a face to face basis. Emails and messages took a bit of time to be responded to. My new Suzuki Ignis came before scheduled but unfortunately the service department, or whoever was in charge of preparing the car for customer use, did not adjust the tyres after the delivery by transporter, thus necessitating an immediate return to the garage for that to be done. Also, paperwork was not completed so another trip to the garage was required. However, I am very pleased with my little car so far. I have only done 650 miles in it, up-to the point of writing this.
