Yes, both the Vitara and the S-Cross can be adapted with a boot hoist. We arrange adaptations for you prior to you taking delivery of your new car, so you have less to worry about.

Suzuki offers a wide range of Motability adaptations to help make driving and travelling easier, safer and more comfortable. Adaptations are designed around individual needs and generally fall into three categories: helping you drive, helping you get in and out of the vehicle, and helping you store mobility equipment such as wheelchairs or scooters. Options include hand controls for braking and acceleration, steering aids for one-handed driving, pedal modifications, transfer plates, swivel seats, and boot hoists. Our motabilty trained sales team will be able to discuss any modifications with you.
No. A motability vehicle is leased for the duration of the agreement, but stays the property of Motabilty Operations. However, when your lease ends, you may be able to either extend your current lease and keep the same vehicle for longer or choose a new Suzuki through the Motability Scheme.

Motability Scheme vehicles are leased to customers by Motability Operations Limited (Registered Company No. 1373876), City Gate House, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HB. To qualify you must be in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), the Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS) or the Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) and applications must be made with participating dealers between 1st July and 30th September 2026.
