Great customer service and a team not driven by commission means it’s an overall enjoyable experience to use their services.

All work carried out was exemplary.

Actual service experience very good but ridiculously expensive for a 2nd service. Also an inability to enable android auto to be used for sat nav whilst being able to continue to use car radio. Will colour choice of next car.

Excellent, professional, and thoughtful service.

I've had an excellent experience in my dealings with TW White at Bookham. I was interested in buying a used Mazda, having been influenced by my daughter and son in law when they bought a new Mazda the year before last. They very much liked the car, and their dealer experience, especially Christian the sales manager. When I made my enquiry I dealt with Jeff, who told me of a car that was due to come in, in part exchange, later in the month. If I was keen Christian advised me to reserve the car, and this he did for me.After sales preparation the car arrived on time. I arranged a short test drive with Jeff, and agreed to buy it. Mechanically, it was then fully prepared with a 12 month warranty before I took delivery of it.Having now driven the car for well over a month, the car is a delight to drive and has fully lived up to expectations.An excellent dealer experience all round, and would certainly recommend this dealership based on my, and my daughter's experience of TW White in Bookham.
