6 stars if I could absolutely brilliant.I went over to take a look at a car which was perfect and arranged collection for a week later. Then made it 10 minutes down the road before my car (NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP) decided it's time was done as the head gasket went.I managed to make it back to the dealership and they took care of everything and sorted out my new car within hours so that I could make it home.They were brilliant from start to finish and helped in every way they could, so thank you 🙂

I had an incredible experience buying my Swift! Highly recommend this stress free dealership. The sales manager, Daniel, was exceptionally friendly and made everything easy from start to finish.What really stood out was the honest advice he gave; I felt genuinely supported in making the right choice rather than being 'sold' to. Excellent customer service from start to finish.After purchasing a used car, I later noticed a crack in the windscreen. I contacted the branch and they handled the issue incredibly quickly and professionally, arranging a free windscreen replacement without any hassle.I’d especially like to thank Daniel and Matthew for their help — both were friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly. I was considering buying an automatic Suzuki Swift and contacted Geoff at T W White & Sons to arrange a test drive. He and Dan couldn't have been more helpful and offered a great deal, both on the Swift and on part-exchange. Although this car showroom is not the largest that is normally expected, the staff are very helpfully and exceeded expectations. I explained the design faults that I did not like with my existing Vitara and Matthew said he had the answers with a nearly new S Cross. A week later he fitted a dash cam free of charge.
