We bought a Mazda 2 hybrid from TW White & Sons in Bookham just over 18 months ago. It is by far the best car we have ever owned, with fuel consumption averaging around 80 mpg. We have had no problems with the car to date, nor with the excellent after sales servicing provided by the garage. I can thoroughly recommend both the car and the garage.

When we first looked at Mazda, our situation was not run-of-the-mill as we were starting a rejection process of our current vehicle. Mark at Bookham was understanding and very patient with us. As the month's passed by, he kept in touch as our current rejection was slow and arduous, but he fully appreciated our position. Finally when we were able to proceed Mark helped us perfectly. Even suggesting that we wait until September as Mazda were increasing the Warranty from 3 to 6 years (not all dealers would be as honest about this). We would have no doubt in recommending Mark and T W White & sons (and have already done so) as their professional and empathetic way of dealing with customers is exemplary.

Very friendly and helpful salesman who went above and beyond in showing me the controls etc knowing that I was feeling very nervious about getting a new car with different controls.
