How to Find Us

Easily accessible from the M25, M3 and A3, T W White & Sons Service Centre is located near Byfleet & New Haw Train station, at the end of Wintersells Road off Oyster Lane.

From the A3 Cobham junction take the A245 towards Byfleet for approximately 1 ½ miles over 1 roundabout. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the A318 signposted Brooklands, and pass Tesco and M&S super stores on your right hand side. Continue on the A318 for ½ a mile, and before you reach the low railway bridge, take a right onto Wintersells Road. Follow the road all the way to end and T W White and Sons is on your left.

Customer parking is located in the second entrance, in front of the main service reception.

After seeing the reviews I decided to use this dealership for servicing and recalls instead of using another Mazda dealership few minutes walk from me. My gamble paid off. It’s by far the best dealership I ever used. Very polite, professional and well trained. You don’t find similar treatment even in the high end hospitality sector. Recall done very smoothly. Brought the car back for servicing, it was well serviced and returned clean after servicing.

I bought a 10 year old Mazda a few months ago and needed a few small things done. T W White and Sons provided an excellent quality of service. I’ve been really pleased with both jobs. I had to have a Wheel lock nut removed (key had worn out) and most recently a Navigation screen fix. Btw my Mazda now has 140,000 miles on it. No rattles no squeaks. Mazda build quality…

I booked for Hyundai service & MOT, and most of the dealers need to wait for a month+ and hardly can talk to their CS, but I got TWS feedback within half day after online booking, and when I called them to try to get an earlier date, they are very nice to help and resolve in a call, just when I put down the phone, I got their text message to confirm the update date and time, that is what we called it SERVICE. On the service day, I waited in the reception, where is not very luxury, but you got what you need, sofa, clean table to work on, charging ports, coffee machines........ enough for you to entertain yourself while waiting for 2.5 hours service and MOT done.

My KIA car was due for its 2nd service. TW White are a local company who are KIA authorised service agents about 10mins from my house and therefore very convenient. I was able to book my service at a day and time which fitted in with me. The service was carried out and I was advised when it was ready for collection all very efficient. The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative.

Really helpful. I had to add some more work to the car and they responded immediately and got it done the same day. All the customer services people I spoke to genuinely wanted to help. Work was all done on time and at the quoted cost. They even cleaned the car as well. Highly recommended!
