Yes – absolutely. We can settle the outstanding balance directly with your finance provider on your behalf and deduct it from the payment we give you. If you owe more finance than the value of your car, one of our experienced Client Advisors will be able to help take you through the various options available to you.

Unfortunately, all manufacturers are experiencing unusually long lead times for most new vehicles, and we understand and share in your frustration that your new car may take longer to be delivered than you would like. To minimise any inconvenience to you, our guaranteed valuations are not impacted by lead times – once we have agreed a guaranteed valuation, you have 14 days in which to place your new car order and regardless of lead time, this figure will not change. You can continue to drive and use your existing car as per normal until your new car is ready for collection.
