On successful payment of the reservation fee, we will reserve your chosen vehicle (the Vehicle) for you for a period of 48 hours (the Reservation Period) to enable you to speak with one of our Client Advisors. If you are uncontactable in the Reservation Period or do not make an appointment to view the vehicle within 7 days following the reservation fee being paid, the reservation may be cancelled and your reservation fee will be refunded to you.

There may be circumstances when the Vehicle has already been sold to a customer prior to your reservation fee being paid, but the website has not yet been updated. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise this, your reservation will be cancelled and we will do our best to assist you in finding an alternative vehicle.

Payment of the Reservation Fee is to be made via our payment processor Stripe. You can pay the Refundable Reservation Fee by credit card or debit card (we accept both MasterCard and Visa).

The Reservation Fee is fully refundable. Irrespective of whether or not you proceed with the purchase of the Reserved Vehicle, we will refund the Reservation Fee to you in full at the end of the Reservation Period via the same method as you have used to pay it. The refunded Reservation Fee will be processed the next business day and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank. The refund will be shown as a refund referencing T W White & Sons/Stripe.

There is no obligation on you to buy the Vehicle, or on us to sell the Vehicle as a result of payment of a reservation fee.
