Mazda Scrappage Scheme

Save up to £4,000 off the RRP of a brand new Mazda with the Mazda scrappage scheme

That means big savings on a brand new, highly efficient Mazda, with the latest technology and safety features. It makes good financial sense for you, and is good for the environment too.

Ruthless efficiency

The Mazda scrappage scheme is yet another way that Mazda and T W White & Sons are committed to helping clean up our air quality. Mazda has made major advances in emissions reduction thanks to its advanced SKYACTIV technology, which combines vehicle weight reduction with improvements in efficiency, to produce cars that are fun to drive, yet produce far less emissions than earlier models. For example, a current Mazda 6 emits only 117g/km, compared with a 2009 model at 147g/km.

Does my car qualify for the Mazda scrappage scheme?

In order for your current car to qualify towards the Mazda scrappage scheme, it needs to be registered on or before 31st December 2011 and be owned by you for at least 60 days. It can then be traded in against one of a selection of petrol or diesel Mazda cars that emit less than 144g/km of CO2 . The scheme is running up until the end of March 2020 and is available on the 2020 Mazda 2, All-new Mazda 3, Mazda 6, All-new Mazda CX-30, Mazda CX-5 or Mazda MX-5 and RF. The new car must be registered in the same name or address as your current car.

How much money will I save?

You can save up to £4,000 off the RRP of a brand new Mazda, depending on which model you choose. The money you get off is instead of a trade in value. Plus, all models purchased on the Mazda scrappage scheme are eligible for 4.7% APR* PCP or Conditional Sale finance up to 48 months.
