All-new Mazda CX-5 Unveiled at 2017 Geneva Motor Show

Mazda has unveiled the first of their 7th generation vehicles at the Geneva International Motor Show – the all-new Mazda CX-5

First revealed at the LA Motor Show in November last year, Mazda have unveiled the European version of their popular SUV.  The stunning all-new Mazda CX-5 ushers in the next generation of vehicles from Mazda.  Along with its unveiling, Mazda have revealed a few more details on what we can expect from the European model.

Stunning Design

Mazda continues to refine and perfect their striking KODO: Soul of Motion design language with the all-new CX-5.  It delivers powerful, more refined styling, creating a feeling of refined toughness.  Sleeker lines create an elegant and agile exterior which will keep turning heads.  These exterior refinements are combined with Mazda’s stunning new three-layer Soul Red Crystal Metallic paint.

Human-centered Interior

Inspired by Mazda’s Jinba-Ittai philosophy, every interior design choice has been made to create the perfect harmony between vehicle and driver.   The all-new Mazda CX-5 will include MZD-Connect infotainment system and premium Bose sound system*.  The Sport Nav version will also include windscreen projected active driving display.  This state-of-the-art system projects driving information such as directions and traffic signs onto the windscreen.

Advanced Safety

The all-new Mazda CX-5 will feature Mazda’s incredible i-ACTIVSENSE safety technologies**.  This includes:

  • Smart City Brake Support
  • Adaptive LED Headlights
  • Driver Attention Alert
  • Lane Keep Assist
  • Blind Spot Monitoring System
  • Hill Launch Assist
  • Mazda Radar Cruise Control

SKYACTIV Technology

Mazda’s incredible SKYACTIV technology combines every element of the all-new Mazda CX-5 to deliver a phenomenal driving experience.  Mazda enhances every aspect – engine, transmission, chassis and body.  This means the all-new Mazda CX-5 offers safety and environmentally friendly without compromising of driving fun.
