The Mazda MX-30 features Mazda’s new e-SKYACTIV drive technology, combining a lightweight battery and an electric motor to offer a uniquely smooth, quiet and seamless driving experience.

The Mazda MX-30 is compatible with the most common public charging points, meaning finding a charge point on the go is easy. All cables are included in the list price and charging times vary according to how you do it and where you do it. It can take up to 36 minutes to charge your car from 20% to 80% at a public 50kW rapid-charging station and between 4.5 – 15 hours at home, depending on the charging unit. Equipped with the Mazda MyMazda app, there is the option to be notified if you forget to plug in the charging cable and the ability to control charging using a timer.

The four-model line-up are all styled with a wide range of environmentally friendly materials, one of the most distinctive features being the use of recycled plastic bottles for internal fabrics and sustainable cork trim in the centre console.

SE-L Lux

The SE-L Lux is the base model specification of the MX-30 range, although credit to the Mazda Design team, there are no significant compromises to be made in choosing the SE-L Lux.

The Sport Lux, which is one spec up from the SE-L Lux is built on the foundations of a ‘Sporty SUV’ look. The Sport Lux comes with 18″ bright metallic alloy wheels, a chrome power button steering wheel, rear privacy glass and is kitted with light grey cloth and stone leatherette.

Mazda MX-30 First Edition

In March 2021, Mazda created a unique launch model, the Mazda MX-30 First Edition. With only 350 First Editions made available in the UK, this collection is limited. Exclusively available in a choice of the 3-tone Ceramic Metallic or 3-tone Soul Red Crystal Metallic paint. With a black roof and metallic dark grey upper side panels, to contrast the Soul Red Crystal or Ceramic Metallic main body colour.

Inside, the First Edition features a light and modern cabin ambience with light grey cloth and stone leatherette combined with orange seat stitching.

In addition to the SE-L Lux, features include:

Qualifying for the Office for Zero-Emission Vehicles (OZEV), means when you purchase any Mazda MX-30 you will eligible for a plug-in vehicle grant, as well as the electric vehicle home charge scheme which is a government grant available for the installation of a home charge point.
