Suzuki’s Grand Vitara three-door comes with a choice of a 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 105hp and 107lb ft of torque or a 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol producing 164hp and 166lb ft of torque. Both engines are available on SZ3 and SZ4 spec cars and are mated to a five-speed manual gearbox that's perfectly set up for utilising the car’s brilliant off-road capabilities.

Five–door models get the choice of a 167hp, 168lb ft 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol or a 127hp, 221lb ft 1.9-litre four-cylinder diesel engine. Five door models come in SZ4 or SZ5 trim levels and come with Suzuki’s five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic.

All trim levels get an MP3 compatible CD player while five-door variants receive an upgraded seven speaker audio system over the three-door’s four speaker setup.
