Management Trainee

This is a very exciting opportunity for a young professional wanting to move into a career in Management within the Motor Trade.

We are looking for an energetic person with superb inter-personnel skills, who we will train in all aspects of the Motor Trade.

The training program will last approximately 3 years enabling the candidate to experience and learn on a 'hands on' basis.

The likely candidate will be educated to A-level standard and possibly be a graduate trainee.

Several of our current Executives have followed similar programs and are now in junior / middle management positions ready to move on to the challenge of a senior management role.
